Out-of-Network Clients

SFBH participates with select insurance plans. If your insurance is not one we contract with, services are considered out of network. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill may be provided for clients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on individual plan benefits.

At Silver Fern Behavioral Health, we are committed to transparent pricing. Standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes in length, and details are outlined in the attached fee schedule. We bill insurance directly when possible or provide a superbill upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement.

Please note that having insurance is not a guarantee of payment. Clients are responsible for understanding their coverage and for following up with their insurance company regarding eligibility, benefits, and reimbursement.
